  • Can I exchange a product?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange one product for another. It is possible to return a product within the specified withdrawal period.

  • Can I return products?
    Of course. It is possible to return products within the 14 day withdrawal period in the ways reported here. If you return the entire order you will have the right to a full refund, including the shipment charges paid at the time of purchase. In the case of partial return of the order, only the cost of some of the articles in the order will be refunded. You will only have the right to a refund for the returned items. The shipment costs for the return of products are borne by the customer.

Shipping

  • How are the delivery charges calculated?
    The delivery charges are calculated during the purchasing process after you have entered the delivery address. Costs vary depending on the location and destination country. You can find some examples of costs in the Shipping Conditions section.

  • How long do I have to wait for my purchases?
    Despatch usually takes place within 24h of the order. For orders which are received at the weekend (from Friday evening until Sunday), despatch will be on Monday. During Italian public holidays, despatch will normally be on the first working day following the holiday.

    Yes, it is possible to pick up your purchases at our warehouse at 20 Viale IV Novembre in Modena.

    On shipment of the goods you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link to track the shipment. By clicking on the link you will be automatically redirected to the details of your shipment.

Payment

  • The payment with my credit card is not accepted, why?
    The gateway used by wearunique for secure payments is Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode certified. Payment using a Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode card always requires the input of an additional password to provide additional protection for the security of your payment, and to prevent attempted fraud. This password is mandatory, and can be set up through your card issuer. It may be possible to use your VISA or MasterCard on other gateways without the insertion of the security code if the gateway is not Verified By Visa and Mastercard SecureCode certified.

  • Is it possible to pay using Postepay/a pre-paid credit card?
    Of course! During the purchase process select the "Payment by credit card" option and insert your card number where requested.

    Yes, select the "Credit Card" option on the checkout page, and once you are in the payment system page, click on "American Express" and enter your card details.

  • Is Paypal accepted as a method of payment?
    Yes, with Paypal you can buy from the wearunique.com site without having to use a credit card or bank account.

  • I've had problems paying and now the order is "awaiting payment". What can I do?
    If you had a problem during payment, such as a loss of internet connection, browser error, etc., the order may have been created in our system with the status "awaiting payment". In these cases, you can place a new order since the previous one will automatically be cancelled by our system after a certain period of time. Naturally, nothing will be charged for the cancelled order.
